Q.How long will the actual construction period take?
A.The painting work will take about 10 to 14 days. However, just like the price, this also varies depending on the size, shape, and construction method of the house.
Additionally, no painting work can be done during rainy weather, so there may be major changes to the process depending on the weather. However, once the construction work has been decided, we will create a schedule and respond flexibly to the customer's convenience, so you can leave it to us with confidence.
Q.Will there be any noise or smell during the construction period? Also, how do you deal with nearby residents?
A. The following items will inevitably occur during the construction period.
①Scaffolding installation/dismantling work (metallic sound, 1 day each)
② High-pressure cleaning work on exterior walls and roof (washing machine noise, no laundry allowed, 1 day)
③ External wall/roof painting (curing of openings such as windows, odor of solvent-based paint, during construction period)
For ① and ②, we will prepare a schedule and greetings and send greetings to nearby residents at least 3 days before the start of construction. For ③, we can also suggest a water-based paint of the same grade with less odor. In addition, we will protect your air conditioner so that it can be used, and we will be happy to advise you on where and how long to protect your windows.
Q.Do you have a contract or warranty?
A. Yes.
Once you have signed a contract, please read the terms and conditions on the back of the "purchase order/confirmation" provided by our company and sign the contract. After the construction is completed, we issue a guarantee against paint removal based on the grade of paint used, so you can leave it to us with confidence.
